My requirement is that I have to change/redisgn a work flow based on your suggestions.
I have a workflow(WF1) created based on project/Level1 approvals. It is working fine.
project/Level1 will be sent to portal for approver to approve by WF1.
Approver decision (A-Approve R-Reject D-Deletion) will be captured from portal and
WF2 is called to raise an event that will then actually process all waiting tasks in WF1.
Design of WF1 is something like this.
1. work flow WF1 is called using FM with import parameter as Objectkey = Projectdefinition & BO = ZBUS200101
2. Work flow will send an email to approver and waits for his decision. This wait step will only start with raise of an event 'APP_DEC'.
3. After approver decision(From portal A-Approve R-Reject D-Deletion) WF2 will start raising an event 'APP_DEC' and completes.
IT is all works fine.
But what i have to handle is now for WBS/Level2 approvals.
I have sent levels2, WBS1, WBS2 & WBS3 for approver decision to portal via WF1 using Objectkey = Projectdefinition.
So three tasks will be wiaintg now in wait step. (as mentioed above in Desing of WF1).
When approver takes decison on only WBS1 and approves it. WF2 triggers ans event 'APP_DEC'.
But this event process all the tasks waiting in WF1 on WBS2 and WBS3 which is wrong.
Yes after wait step there is a loop and revelent buget processing steps furthur.
Can any one suggest me how to handle this at wait step or loop step to process only selected WBS.
