Try changing the mapping in HCI to make sure material id is of length 40 after appendng zeroes.

we have that scenario and nothing got broke after 1511.

For maintaining same material ID in CFC and ERP system you have to  map ReceiverID (/ns0:MaterialMassReplicationRequest/MaterialMassReplicationRequest/Material/ReceiverID) with MATNR (/MATMAS05/IDOC/E1MARAM/MATNR), later you need to add leading zeros to the MATNR number (Total 40 digits including material number).
