There are a few ways you can go about achieving this, below are a few ways you can go about it.
1. As Custodio said, make a create a FM and enable RFC mode
2. Create a BSP, drop your HTML code into it and update your data then using HTMLB or an MVC approach(my recommendation) build logic to update data.
3. if SAP GW is installed, create an ODATA service to read and write data to your ZTable, then consume this data using javascript.
3. create a simple webdynpro and use the standard sap UI to lay out the html view, from there you can simply update the table as needed.
