Many Thanks for your advice. Finally, I executed FS15 only (in our QA & PRD system) to solve our above issue.
For OBY2, found that it is required to transport from DEV / QA system to PRD system. Otherwise, error was prompted (as tried in our PRD system in which no GL A/C was created for the new Co. Code). Is it correct ?
For OB_GLACC01, does it mean that the GL A/C(s) must exist in the details section (as below) so that the A/C(s) can be maintained in FS00 / FSS0 individually ?
One more problem relevant to GL A/C tables which are like the following forum -

Found that there is record for GL A/C 32004000 of some Co. Codes in table SKB1 (as below) but no record was found in tables SKA1 & SKAT.
Also, the A/C cannot be displayed in FS00 / FSS0 with error as below -
Account 32004000 does not exist in chart of accts ZCCT for specified co. code xxxx
Message no. FH191
Could you advise why this problem was caused ? and Is there any impact on this ?
