Hi,
I have a report which is scheduled and which will copy the instance of the report to a particular file location on the network drive.
The report status shows as success but the report instance was not copied to the destination folder on the network drive. I tried giving a different folder on the same network drive and the report gets copied successfully. I requested the Help Desk team to check and compare the rights between the folders and they both have the same rights granted.
Is there any thing else I need to check.
Any ideas Please!
