Hi All,
We have trouble with SAP Portal. Our DEV Portal ESS Tab is completely missing all of sudden. Last month it was working and now all the users cannot see the ESS Tab. Only 2 users can see the ESS Tab. We have checked the Roles for the users and all of them are alright.
We have also copy created the User who able to see ESS. However the new User cannot see the ESS Tab.
There was no Patches or upgrades went in recently. Also note QAS and PROD Portals looks good.
This is very bizarre and checked everything and couldn't find if anything missing.
Please advise if any table/config need to be checked.
