Hi Suresh,

thank you for your answer. Unfortunately that was the expected message. Because this behaviour (Account has ship to adress) does not cover my case where an account normally has more than one registered product, which have different locations. As a consequence even with a "Ship-to adress" with a high degree of probability the ship-to adress has to be determined manually in the service order by using the involved parties tab.
