Object Links are used to link SAP Object with DMS document. For example Purchase Request <-> DMS document. You can use BAPI_DOCUMENT_SAVEOBJECTLINKS to link existing DMS document to another Purchase Request. That is not what i need.
I need to create new DMS document with the same file as old DMS document.
