Fiorenzo i was about to ask the same question and you replied. Thank you for explaining this. The answer is you cannot change the partner function at billing level, have a look what OSS Note 499918 says about this. To control this i believe still there's an option of using an Exit as mentioned in 43296. In case of any help on this, please feel free to ask. Thanks.
