I have not received any feedback regarding our phone conversation and my incident about the issues with the 1094-C. I added the information from our legal council you requested to my incident 1038784/2015 back on 3/1/2016. I have requested two updates since then but no response. Please advise if corrections are planned to the 1094-C program and the XML program to address the issues in the incident.
Also, I have opened another incident, 209863/2016, as we have a requirement to include a tax company in Part IV of the 1094-C form that is a member of our ALE Aggregated group, but who are doing their own ACA reporting. We do not have the employees for this tax company in our SAP HR system.
