Hi Experts,
I tried to mass lock the PO line items by MASS Txn, but some Z-programs get interfered and the system make changes in documents preceding PO.
(Ex- for Auto created POs from sales order, when line items are locked in PO, some data in sales order gets changed like Product hierarchy, Tax codes, Jurisdiction etc. (Don`t know why).
We are unable track any BAPI`s, exits etc
The same is applicable for manual PO lock also.
So the last option is locking PO line items at item level (EKPO-LOEKZ) (indicator S)
I just want to know...
1. What other data may be affected?
2. Which tables are dependant on field LOEKZ? How can i cross check?
3. Is there any alternative for this process?
We locked 1 PO line item at table level and it seems no other data was affected. Everything was working fine no outputs trigerred, no data changed etc.
This function is only to make the OLD POs obsolete. User wants to lock all the old POs.
