the config I'm aiming to upload is "uwl_com_sap_pct_erp_mss_tra_14.ZIP" from SAP Note 1076144. I've tried the other ones (v.13 and v.12) as well "for fun", same problem.
Much appricated for checking, by the way, though I don't see how the configs can be wrong if they validate correctly and the xml file itself can be uploaded. I'm afraid the portal's parser simply is FUBAR. ;-/
