Unable to open link in new using HTML New Tab Syntax

Hi All,

I tried to open a link in new tab in crystal reports by using Text Interpretation option.I have done with below steps thus far.Even though no luck link is being opened in same page in lieu of being opened in new page.

1.) Created a formula

2.)Placed the syntax '<a href="http://www.google.com" target="_blank">Visit google.com!</a>'    in the formula.

3.)Placed it one of the group headers.

4.)Selected the Html text in text Interpretation which is in Paragraph Tab.

could someone please help me on this....
