Permissibility of wage type will be done in two ways one infotype level another ESG and PSA level. You have to allow Wage type entry in IT0057. Follow the below step:
Personel administration-payroll data-basic pay-wage types-Check wage type catalog-Check entry permisibilty per infotype with your new start date
Personel administration-payroll data-basic pay-wage types-Check wage type catalog-Define wage type permissibility for each PS & ESG
