How to Assign Z PDF Form of LSO Correspondance in T code EFRM

Hi Experts,

We have prepared Z PDF form for LSO Correspondence and I want to assign it in LSO Configuration but I am getting Error Message that this Form  is not activated In EFRM So request to all that kindly Let me know that How to activate Z PDF Form of LSO Correspondance in T code EFRM.
