WebiReport on refresh, The prompt fields popup results in error message"“ An internal error occurred while calling 'processDPCommands' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)"

Hi Team,

I am facing issue with webi report basically with the values being populated at prompt variables.

The prompt variables being created at Backend on SAP HANA (i.e Analytical View). Also the prompt fields work fine when executed on WebiRich client, but when executed on BI launchpad results in the error message “ An internal error occurred while calling 'processDPCommands' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)" .

I have read through threads suggesting me to restart the CMS server and other alternatives but no luck.

Could somebody help me out on this issue if you have previously faced or have an alternative idea ?

Any suggestions offered would be helpful.
