Conversion Contract Greige Fabric in SAP

I have a scenario in Textile Sector.

Let Say.

Scenario

Sometimes we create contract of fabric quality(Material (30*30 / 76*56, 85" ) QTY 10,000 M.....But sometimes weaver (vendor) produce (weave)  86" width of quality or produce (weave) some portion of 86" of quality.

For this store in-charge receive all QTY 85" and 86" of width and issue Slip (PAKKI PARCHI).. in the end while finalizing the contract vendor (weaver ) claim extra width charges for this adjustment have to make.

Now My Question from all ....How to cater this Scenario in SAP MM  (PO>Good Receipt).
