Activate User Status based on AVAC

Hi,

i would like to disallow Release of WBS element based on user status.

the release should only be allowed if AVAC status is already active.

so I create a status which will be Set once AVAC is active.

does anyone know if this is possible?

i have gone to BS32 transaction and set KBFC to allow User Status (see below)

and in OK02 i have created a status to be set with Availability Control (see below)

but based on actual test, even when i activate availability control (AVAC status), the user status is not getting set.

has anyone tried this before.
