@Dosth: read the end-user documentation, provided to you by your consultants, on how to investigate and troubleshoot pricing errors. If no documentation was provided to you yet, request access to it. If you are unable to figure out what is wrong with the document after reading the documentation, contact your local IT support for assistance via the official support channels.They are the right people to contact in case of issues, not some random people in an internet forum.
