Have one query - We have a generic extractor on delta based on views.
So while doing a full load, when we triggered infopackage, it was stuck and job terminated in source. The data volume is huge.
In the log, it says like there are 12000 data packages per log.
Result of customer enhancement: 11,486 records
I guess each packet has 11486 records. 12000 packages are not recommended and so i need to control these without loss of data.
I verified Infopackage settings - default MAXPROCS is 3, max size 20000 kb.
Two queries:
1. How does it decide 11486 number - is it any calculation? The ones i read didnt fetch right answer
2. If i increase package size in infopackage, does it help? How can i change the settings?
3. Any report that helps to identify the data volume of an extractor and can we change the settings as such? Can the report directly control the load settings of the load from extractor?
Other idea is to split load into smaller chunks @infopackage level which is fine. Please assist on the above queries as its really critical for me.
