Quarterly Returns "FIWTIN_QRETURNS"

Dear All,

I am trying to do quarterly returns through S/4 HANA system from transaction code FIWTIN_QRETURNS,but enable to do so,

please suggest what are the prerequisites and what are these files which are generated while running this transaction code.
