Plse suggetst PCR for Over Time Calculation,..
| Overtime worked on normal working days will be compensated @ 125% of the basic salary for a day. |
| 1.1. Example: |
| .If an employee works a total of 11 hours in the day(including the 1 hour lunch break), where the normal day would constitute 8 working hours excluding breaks, he will be eligible for 2 hours overtime. |
| .Overtime worked on a holiday will be compensated @ 150% of the basic salary for a day. All hours worked on a holiday will be considered for overtime, excluding breaks. |
