I'm not sure at this moment what could be the reason. Never worked with smaller scopes actually. I ran a test by changing the scope of MIC, but in my case valuation is done automatically. I do not know where to look for possible reasons rightnow !
I would like you to share some details so that I can run a similar test with your settings.
- Sample size in Sampling procedure
- Acceptance number
- Valuation mode is 100 Attributive inspection nonconf. units, Correct ??
- Control indicator details for this MIC
I think I may provide a reason after running a scenario with your settings. Besides,
- Pl make sure that in the MIC, smaller scope is set (not any other ?) or any recent changes have not been done with MIC.
- Based on your last response, I assume config settings are correctly maintained.
