By default, Report 1 is based on Query 1...
Query | Report |
---|---|
Query 1 | Report 1 |
What you have by adding just a report is multiple reports all based on Query 1...
Query | Report |
---|---|
Query 1 | Report 1 |
Query 1 | Report 2 |
Query 1 | ... |
Query 1 | Report N |
You can achieve what it seems to me you are looking for by adding more queries (or duplicating your existing one) in the Query Panel and then add more report tabs to correspond to those additional queries.
Query | Report |
---|---|
Query 1 | Report 1 |
Query 2 | Report 2 |
... | ... |
Query N | Report N |
Then your prompt responses will only affect the desired query and subsequently the corresponding report.
Keep in mind that if you have the same prompt text for prompts in multiple queries you will only be prompted once. Also, I don't know for sure what the maximum number of queries or reports is. I thought I had read somewhere that the maximum number of queries is 15, but I am not positive of that.
Hope this helps,
Noel
