Thank you for your response. Here is what I mean by "overstated".
If I run a load into the old DSO and at the same time run another load into the new DSO, the PSA will have data for two DSOs. If the selection criteria of the two loads was the same, then PSA will have twice as many records for the same data. Here is an example:
InfoPackage for Old DSO -- 5,000 records loaded into the PSA for Sept. 2014
InfoPackage for New DSO -- 5,000 records loaded into the PSA for Sept. 2014
DTP for new DSO -- 10,000 records loaded from PSA into the DSO (data is doubled)
I don't think that having an InfoSource between the data source and the new DSO is going to help, because the PSA of the data source will still be shared between the two DSOs. The issue here is the shared PSA.
