Was all reconfiguration done after the migration? I.e. configuration pointing to the correct new host names etc?

SQL Message: SQL1092N "SAPPRD" does not havetheauthority to perform the requested command or operation row=1

Something to check:

IBM SQL1092N authorization-ID does not have the authority to perform the requested command or operation. - United States

Check the group names to which your user SAPPRD belongs it is case sensitive to my understanding, also make sure it belongs to the correct groups with proper authorization your db2 dba can assist here.
