Yes. Cloud for Service includes both Service Request (Ticketing) and Service Order (Field Service) processes. From a process integration point of view, you can now run the entire end to end service execution process in the Cloud with Cloud for Service and then complete the service confirmation in ERP with invoicing, cost capture, goods movement, and time capture (CATS).

 

For customers who have CRM Service and ERP, and the customer is interested in Cloud for Service, it is recommended that Cloud for Service with ERP integration be used "side by side" with CRM Service for business units who have not deployed CRM Service to run their service processes.
