Hi Anutosh,
this will fix your issue:-
Modify ThreadTimeoutAfterNMinutes value located at registery
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SAP Business Objects\Suite XI 4.0\CMS\Instances\instance name\ThreadTimeoutAfterNMinutes
By default its 9mins change it to 18 or 27.
Run the macro it will pull the results without getting timeout.
