Yes in WebMonitoring of C4C its giving HTTP 500 error. we can't consider this as connectivity issue as we are having success flow from C4C to ECC for customers.
PI is dual stack. and for Pricing scenario we will find traces in PI only if there is any failure. And yes have taken the simplified web config and placed in PI.
generally, we get trace in ECC for this pricing srt_util. But in this case we dont find any trace as well. This is the reason why am worried to find what exactly is happening.
