As per my understanding, there is no clarity whether India's GST will be same as Malasiya's GST. For that possible scenrios in Indian GST, you can Google with search term, "how does gst will work in india".
Moreover, as like any other previous Legal change in India. Definitly there will be SAP Note/Communication would be there, when GST will come in existence that to be in line with Govt of India circular. Further, if I'm not mistaken already lot of discussion/workshop are carried out by SAP for GST.
