My end user has requirement to change IE02 - Change Equipment => General Data => Manufacturer details frame. Find attached picture for more details on the requirement. At present end users are allowed to make changes for the transactional data where as the master data limited to admin. All master data changes are controlled with change requests. End users do want to get rid of change requests and populate Manufacturer details them self without any change request.
Question: How we can restrict editing the fields in IE02? Simple solution without any Z transaction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
