I just wanted to ask if it is normal that the retained earnings account's (from OB53) balance is not zero in S_ALR_87012300 report. There was a balance in Total Credit column which i think means a net income. I've seen this link -> Understanding the logic of Retained Earnings account with Example - ERP Financials - SCN Wiki
From this link, I can see that retained earnings account balance in previous year was not zero out. Is it correct that balance is not zero out? If not, how can we zero out the balance.
