Dear Rajesh,
As per my understanding the receipt elements are not considered by the order, So. create a Manual order in your product view and try to trigger the Product heuristic. If the batches are assigned to it, there is no inconsistencies in the order. If the batches are not considered. Recheck the status of the batch in OLTP system like MSC3N and see whether there are any changes.
